I agree it does look like Hank Hill.
Now for the bottom picture. I've seen them before I think. The guy on the right is that kid that walks from his Aunts house during afamily function. Starts with a J I think. hmmm. errrm. Oh ya John I think. And the other guy is Hank Hill.
